PM Dahal and Indian PM Modi inaugurate Biratnagar train

KATHMANDU: Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda” and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi inaugurated the railway service from India’s Bathanaha to Biratnagar’s Budhanagar on Thursday.
The Prime Ministers of the two countries inaugurated the railway and cargo train from Delhi.
After Prachanda and Modi waived the flag, the Indian side bade farewell to the cargo train from Bathnaha.
The freight train arriving at Biratnagar’s Integrated Customs Check Post (ICP) will bring Aarti Strips, Swastik Rolling, Hulas Wire and Raw Materials of Premier Steel Industries.
