Chinese Ambassador pays courtesy call on CA chairman

Chinese Ambassador to Nepal, Wu Chuntai , paid a courtesy call on Chairman of the Constituent Assembly (CA), Subas Chandra Nembang , at his office, Singha Darbar, on Thursday.

On the occasion, the Chinese Ambassador handed over a congratulatory message send by Zhang Dejiang, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, to CA chairman Nembang on his election to the post of CA chairman.

They discussed various issues including bilateral relations between the two countries, extension of relations between parliament and lawmakers of the two countries and mutual cooperation.

During the meeting, CA Chairman Nembang said that Nepal is committed to the One China Policy and not allowing any activities against China, according to the Parliament Secretariat.
