Don’t eat in front of the TV: One of the biggest mistakes people make is to have their meals while sitting in front of the TV. When you do this, your attention is not on your plate and you end up eating more than you actually require. Have a separate dining area where you can eat your meals.
Store spices: Did you know that spices like cinnamon, black pepper and ginger not only add flavour to your food but are also great for those on a diet? So, ensure that your kitchen is always well-stocked with seasonings and spices.
Keep the kitchen clean: No one enjoys whipping up meals in a kitchen that is dirty or perennially in disarray. Keep your kitchen neat and clean so that cooking becomes a delight. Clean up after every use and make sure it stays that way.
