Nepal win all 3 game and top in Group B Women’s SAFF

Nepal won all three matches of the group stage to top the Group B table of the SAFF Women’s Championship, being held in Pakistan.

On Sunday, Nepal defeated Sri Lanka 3-0 in their last match. Fore Nepal, Anu Lama had scored two goals in 51st and 84th minutes of the match.

Niru Thapa had opened the goal scoring account for Nepal in the 16th minute.Nepal had earlier defeated Bhutan 8-0 and Pakistan 2-0 in their first and second matches respectively.

In the three matches, Nepal scored 13 goals, but did not concede any from their opponents.Nepal will face either Bangladesh or Maldives in the semifinal on Wednesday.
