Special Court demands Rs 10 million bail amount from suspended lawamker Lhyarkal

The Special Court has demanded Rs 10 million in bail amount from the suspended lawmaker Lhyarkal Lama for illegal amassing of properties.

A division bench of judges Mohan Raman Bhattarai, Bhupendra Prasad Rai and Prabha Basnet made this decision.

The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) had filed a case against Lama, accusing him of amassing property illegally. CIAA had claimed that Lama gathered the property amounting Rs 92 million in an illegal way. RSS
