President Bhandari to arrive Nawalparasi on Saturday
11 Dec, Nawalparasi: President Bidya Devi Bhandari is scheduled to arrive here on Saturday to participate in the golden jubilee programme of the local Janajyoti Namuna Secondary School at Pragatinagar.

Headmaster at the school Durgadutta Ghimire informed that the President will arrive here at around 11:30 am on Saturday and will stay about an hour in the programme. This is the first programme to be attended by the President outside the valley after she was elected to the post.
Meanwhile, all preparations for the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) central working committee to be held in the district on December 12 and 13 have completed.

FNJ district chairs from 22 Tarai districts along with the FNJ CC members will also participate in the meeting to hold discussions on current issues surfaced in the Tarai. RSS
